For the Rice Crispies, for example, I preheat the pan 5 minutes and pull it out and then it is hot enough to melt the butter and marshmallows. 网页2018年6月30日 · The Q sells them, just type in "Range Mate" If I am correct it is a plastic cooking vessel for the Microwave, you heat it up in the microwave and then pull it out and it cooks on the counter with out any more heat added to it. But check to see if they still carry them.I don't think recipes would be necessary in most cases.
