网页2022年12月19日 · From what I understand, there are very few (if any) original busts of Alexander the great still in existence, and many accounts of his appearance are often questioned due to people throwing in likely false descriptions of him to sell his character (i.e. his skin smelling of citrus, because people at the time believed descendents of gods had sweet/citrus smelling skin or something to that effect).
