I don’t believe there is a weight limit per person. However, there are lots of questions on the waiver about past medical history. I admit that I lied about a previous back surgery. The raft ride is definitely not low intensity, but the further back you sit, the easier it is. DO NOT sit in the first couple of spots up front unless you want a workout! The raft trip is my family’s favorite thing we have ever done. Bring up close and personal to the Na Pali Coast is surreal. Enjoy!!

I would definitely recommend putting sunscreen on before you go. Take a light jacket as it can get cool. If you are up top you WILL get wet. We saw some girls wearing sun dresses …

I would say that people in their 50s in decent shape would do fine. Getting into and out of the boat with the assistance of a ladder was the most demanding. Other than that, the ride …

I would say that people in their 50s in decent shape would do fine. Getting into and out of the boat with the assistance of a ladder was the most demanding. Other than that, the ride is extremely bumpy and you will have to be able to hold on the entire way. We are almost 50 with the associating age related aches and it was easy.
