How does entry work with a New York Explorer Pass? Am I able to schedule a time on the Color Factory website? Do I just use my New York Explorer ticket, or do I have to show the pass at the facility to get an official Color Factory ticket?

You can only get into the Color Factory via their online website - you have to have a booked time in order to even get through the front door of the building. Try to go through the process …
You can only get into the Color Factory via their online website - you have to have a booked time in order to even get through the front door of the building. Try to go through the process and see if you can input the Explorer Pass sometime during purchase process. If not, just jump out of purchase before entering card info. And I have to totally disagree with Satin above. We went to the museum and had a fabulous time! One of the best interactive museums as long as you are activated yourself. The environment makes for the best set of photos!!!
