I would like to recommend to the manager to lower the entrance price to the park for anyone who is not allowed to ride the rides. My grandson was totally disappointed this August that he could only ride 2 things His sister was lucky enough to ride all 7. It should be noted somewhere before entering that there’s only 7 rides

I agree; it’s outrageously overpriced. My daughter was in tears for most of our visit because she couldn’t go on most of the rides. We were so disappointed and felt ripped off.

Unfortunately, Santa's Workshop does not have electric scooters or wheel chairs to rent. You can bring your own. We are on the side of Whiteface Mountain so there is terrain. …
Unfortunately, Santa's Workshop does not have electric scooters or wheel chairs to rent. You can bring your own. We are on the side of Whiteface Mountain so there is terrain. We do have a guest service of a golf cart to bring guests from the lower park to the upper park, please inquire about it at our front entrance.
