Museums in NYC are particularly expensive. I'm not sure the cause of this, but take a look if you don't believe me: from the smallest to the biggest, you will be paying anywhere between 15$ - 40$ USD… thomasliama的完整评论

Normally, the admission is: Adults $25 Seniors/Students $18 18 and Under Free Membership costs $90, so you have to decide how often you would go, and you could then go any time and not have to fight the crowds on Friday. I personally would not pay less than $20 as an adult or $15 as a senior. It is an excellent museum in a good neighborhood, so you could go down to the Hudson while there. The museum cafe was reasonable and pleasant. The museum is definitely worth a visit, and to be honest, I made my first visit only recently and joined, despite the fact that I've been in the city since 1972!

Was on display in an exhibit that ended recently. Exhibits are changing. You may want to check the museum's website, at the time you will be visiting in April, enter the name of any work of art you may want to view, to see if it might be available for exhibits when in NYC. Hope you have a great time visiting the Big Apple.
