I don't think they offer transportation...everyone in my group drove to the Marina. Hotel parking that you r staying in might call you a taxi or you could just Uber.
The weight limit does vary trip-to-trip depending upon the sea state and wind conditions. In general the maximum combined weight in the sky is 450 lbs.
