I would say that if you have a portable BBQ to bring it. Any that I have seen are those rusty grates that hold charcoal and even those are few and far between. St. Thomas Parks and Recreation would be able to answer the question more accurately.
There are pavilions in the park. Sometimes they are reserved for a party/reunion, etc. But I believe that if it is not reserved, you are free to use your charcoal BBQ.
