A memorial in a Chantilly neighborhood is growing in memory of a 3-year-old boy who was hit by a truck over the weekend.Just before 4 p.m. Saturday, Fairfax County officers responded to the 14500 block of Trans World Avenue in Chantilly because of a crash.
