Police said an SUV veered off the highway, got trapped in a drainage ditch and traveled down a nearby creek. Six people were inside the vehicle at the time of the crash, according to police.

An 8-year-old girl remains missing following a Christmas Eve crash that killed her father, Texas authorities say. The Sherman Police Department said a vehicle left US-75 the morning of Dec. 24 and got caught in a drainage ditch, according to a Facebook post. The vehicle then traveled down a creek.
