The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has announced a high-risk warning on more than 10,000 pounds of pork products across four states in two separate recalls.

The meat is impacted in two recalls for Baltimore-based Impero Foods & Meats and Oklahoma-based Ralph's Packing Company, federal officials announced.

More than 10,000 pounds of pork products including sausage have been recalled over simple oversights in the manufacturing process. About 7,485 pounds of raw Italian pork sausage items were recalled by Baltimore-based Impero Foods & Meats,
