CCDC113 stabilizes sperm axoneme and head-tail coupling apparatus to ensure male fertility
Ultrastructural analysis showed that the loss of CCDC113 disrupted both the sperm axoneme and HTCA. CCDC113 localizes on the manchette, HTCA, and flagellum in elongating and elongated spermatids.
