Report abuse. On checking the specs for that card in 6 places, it does not mention it being able to use the 5 Gh band. You may want to check further with dell. So far, I have gone into Device Manager and performed the update driver. That didn't work. The Icon for the Dell Wireless 1703 Bluetooth still has the yellow triangle hazard sign. Thanks, Meghan
