I titrated down to 250 mg ER for 2 months without too many problems.than i titrated down to 200mgs ER just 5 days ago. My plan is to try to titrate off using ER tablets.

I have taken Oemprazole a little over two years and want to get off of the medication because of the associated health issues of poor absorption of key nutrients (D, B12, and calcium are the ones I am familiar with).

On and off have the general connotation that one is on top of something while in and out have the connotation of being within in. As such, it would be odd to tell someone to "get in the horse", while "get on the horse" is perfectly sensible.
