My Internet has been VERY slow recently. YouTube videos don't stream. They take forever to buffer. I checked Task Manager and noticed svchost on my Network was using 5 Megabits per second! I opened Resource Monitor and traced the IP address to Akamai Technologies. I don't have any programs that I am aware of that use Akamai Technologies.
