In this case I'm looking for TV which says unavailable online it says clearance so I wasn't sure if I visit a Best buy location if they're able to check the other locations that might have this item available.

Got mine this way too back in October 2022. I used the Best Buy app trick a user explained on here back then. Basically, you search for 4090 and select a store nearby. If the 4090 FE shows up in the list when filtering by in stock at locations, then there are units on hand at that store.
