2024年1月7日 · My z790 master did the same shot and random pc crashes. Switched to the master x, and all issues are gone. Not sure if gigabyte knew something and that was reasoning for the x line so quickly after the releasing none x versions. Hi everyone, i have just bought a pc recently, and am stuck in the “boot failure detected” page.

2021年6月9日 · gigabyte boot failure detected So I have a gigabyte DESIGNARE Z390 and I get boot failure detected messages and for some reason I think its something to do with X.M.P when I try to start a game I will get a black screen taken to BIOS and it says BOOT FAILURE DETECTED and I have to "LOAD OPTOMIZED DEFAULTS" and then redo all my overclocks.

2020年6月3日 · An intermittent drive controller failure could also cause the problems you're seeing. Check the event logs for drive errors. It seems the Gigabyte BIOS does not attempt the boot order you see on the BIOS Boot options page. It hits the first one and if that fails it does not attempt the secondary. So it's not doing what it is supposed to.

It says “the system has experienced a boot failure possibly due to incorrect configuration. Previous settings in bios may not be compatible with current hardware state”.

What helped me progress was restarting the system and attempting to enter BIOS by pressing delete key as opposed to simply letting it enter that bugged screen. I then disabled the XMP profile and was able to boot to OS fine. Not even sure if that would have helped, but hopefully that can help someone in the future 🤷♂️. 1.

If turning on XMP/EXPO causes the same problem it's most likely the rams (or quite rarely CPU) Gigabyte boards suck. Try clearing cmos and loading optimised defaults. Update BIOS if you havent already. Or the best option, return the board and buy an Asrock.

After that it "should" boot normal if no parts are damaged, if its new, maybe something broke or got loose during transportation. 6. 2017年10月31日 · A weak or failing PSU can cause erratic boot behavior because this is one of the times where it is under the most load, just like the battery in your car when starting. BIOS corruption when not severe can also manifest itself causing intermittent boot failure. Not saying this is your issue, but its easy to check and rule out.
