Dec 29, 2020 · Brookville bodypanels are best. I have seen those swedish 1932 roadster body panels, those are not so good than these brookville. Brookville = Top quality metal and top quality panels. I have seen 10-12pc those ready 1932 brookville roadster bodies. This and my ex. roadster body looks same.

Dec 24, 2011 · I would venture that Brookville is making parts that are more representative of Ford's design intent than Ford made. And even with the shorter life span of Kirksite tooling, it's doubtful that Brookville will ever run enough volume on a given tool to compromise it's quality.

Aug 29, 2008 · Sounds like you bought the roadster body in unassembled form. I am going thru the same thing with a Brookville 30/31 rpu body. I guess there are lots of variables & things to cover. A couple things that might help a bit with my experience so far: Consider building a wooden platform to assemble the body on.

Sep 12, 2003 · My roadster is a Brookville 30-31 on one of their 32 pinched hiboy chassis'. Very nice craftsmanship. I have been to the factory with fab32 and Brookville is a top notch deal....EVERYTHING they make is as good as it gets. I like the fact that they reproduce ford bodies exactly the way henry did them. And yes, parts do interchange with originals.

Oct 31, 2021 · Put it under either stantion and remount them. Remove the excess and let the putty dry. Then, make yourself a spacer/gasket out of whatever material you like. A local guy made some for his late 40's hot rod roadster with leather. When I was building my early era roadster I was really interested in how they made those gaps and such work.

Dec 27, 2008 · A little OT but after looking years and years for "reasonable" price Henery Deuce Roadster, I went with Erik Hansson of Scandinavian Street Rod in Huntington Beach CA. He takes your frame and builds a Brookville 32 Ford of your choice.
