2024年8月24日 · Eye of round is usually what is used for beef jerky. It has great beefy flavor. The toughness makes it a no-go for most people. Lol at eating eye of round unless you tenderize it or slow cook it. Wouldn't wish it on my worst enemies. Ribeye and chuckeye crew checking in.

2011年4月12日 · Last edited by lowstrife; 04-12-2011 at 09:04 PM . Aim for lots of calorie dense foods - steak, pasta, olive oil, granola, peanut butter, ice cream, whole milk, whole eggs, etc.. If I can put down 5,000cals in 8 hours like child's play you can do 4,000cals in 16 hours.

2023年10月19日 · Trying to get to 100% of my food I cook or eating stuff like low and natural ingredient things like beef jerky or something. Will save eating out for parties, birthdays, work events, etc. I make my own egg bites for breakfast. Only buy nitrate free bacon. Little by little just eating better quality stuff. Cooking is fun af besides doing the dishes.
