Tried other games like apex legends, cod warzone, gta online, they dont seem to be working as well. In the period, I updated drivers of nvidia and windows.

However, if you are unable to connect with Xbox Live, try removing and re-adding your profile. Sometimes that can force it to update with the subscription.
