You wouldn't be able to use the dual spacers that come with the tractor but it should be easy to find dual wheel adaptors for the 5 lug wheels on the gear reduction setup.

Other than the gearing difference, they are the same. The PTO is not reversible, but it does have a "high" and "low" speed controlled by the high-low lever that controls ground speed.
