I really like pectin from crab apples. Just cut your apples into halves or quarters. Put them into a big pot, and barely cover with cold water.

网页2015年8月22日 · For vinegar first you need alcohol... personally I take the cider! yeast make alcohol, bacteria make vinegar from that.... green apples would have a bit of your need along the path for either but yes yeast likes sugar, not really the sucrose kind.. cane and beet. more so dextrose. 网页2017年5月28日 · I'd feed them to my pigs,rabbits and chickens. I would cut them up and make an apple crisp. With enough sugar and cinnamon and cooking time, you'd think they'd come out pretty good. Slice them up and dry them into "apple chips"....soak in lemon water the put in dehydrator, screen , or on cookie sheet in oven low heat.
