My monitor only supports HDMI 2.0 so I don't have the VRR option available as an option. So, as long as the monitor you get supports HDMI 2.1. You should be good.

It would let you view your PS5 as a screen on your PC/Mac, and would let you place the 16:9 image anywhere on your 32:9 screen. The rest you could still use for browser windows or whatnot.
