2023年8月11日 · Outcomes-based assessments are a type of evaluation or measurement approach used in various educational and professional settings to assess a person’s knowledge, skills, or competencies based on specific predefined outcomes or objectives.
Outcome-based education or outcomes-based education (OBE) is an educational theory that bases each part of an educational system around goals (outcomes). By the end of the educational experience, each student should have achieved the goal.
OUTCOMES-BASED ASSESSMENT An Introduction and Guide Assessment is a process that asks and answers important questions: To what degree are students learning? Are courses effective? Do programs fulfill their missions? Is the university in accord with objectives set by its accrediting body?
Outcomes-Based Assessment: To determine whether students are meeting the learning expectations set across the college, faculty use outcomes-based assessments by aligning the college, program and course-level outcomes.
This paper initially traces the roots of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and introduces key concepts at the level of school-wide implementation based on Spady (1994).

1. Outcome Based Training. In outcome based learning, all programs and instructional efforts are designed to produce specific, lasting results in learners by the time they leave the training intervention. Outcomes based training can also be referred to as learner-centered training rather than teacher-centered training.

Assessment reveals the strengths and weaknesses associated with learning outcomes, program operational outcomes or administrative unit support service outcomes, and suggests ways to address the weaknesses to improve student learning and or service delivery.
