2021年4月18日 · Somehow, all the choices i made had lead me to complete loneliness. I have literally noone anymore in my life. I used to have friends and a very long term relationship. I destroyed everything by myself, lost all my friends one by one and later i left the only man i ever loved. I am paying all the mistakes i made.

I'm a lone parent who also cares for a very elderly parent and when times are tough, there's no option but to keep going because there's nobody else to take the strain, help out or even just give me a hug and tell me everything will be okay.

I don't have a lot of friends because of who I am generally and whenever they get to know me further they leave anyway. I can't keep romantic relationships either. How do I cope with being so fuckin alone? No-one would care if I just stopped existing.

2024年6月2日 · Hey all. So I am new here. I’m not in the best of places at the moment. I suffer with severe anxiety. And recently my depression has creeped back up too. I have never felt so alone. I don’t have friends. I know people but I don’t have actual real friends. I don’t talk to people because everyone talks everyone’s business where I am.

2023年3月27日 · I am around the same age. I also have no one apart from my mom, who is 82 and lives nearby. We aren't even particularly close, but she's all I have. I've been trying to imagine a better future for myself, but unfortunately I cannot see how it happens. I am comfortable being alone, but at the same time it gives me a lot of anxiety.

2024年9月11日 · OCD is a disabling condition and I am so sorry you do not have a support system and you have to do this all by yourself. But on here, you are not alone. I am new to this whole website (as in I just got an account an hour ago) but I have been going through different forums and people genuinely understand each other here.
