2010年2月10日 · Nice one, but you have to remember the UNIX/now linux origins of GIMP where a package - GIMP - will install specified dependencies which could include the HELP packages. Not the case with Windows. To include HELP with all the languages, the Gimp Windows installer would be, I don't know, maybe 100 MB larger. Not worth it.
