Home, Health, Travel, etc. Scattered across those screens I have multiple icons for the same APP. I realize this is a feature. I likely did it inadvertently moving APPs from the APP Library.

Also they change layout/place when you turn the iPad from landscape to portrait. Landscape you get 6 icons and 5 rows, and in portrait the icons move and you get 5 icons and 6 rows.
