2016年3月6日 · I have never seen this happen before. My PC is running fine, but the background screen gets stuck on this blue screen unless I intentionally go into the Personalization settings window. If I go to the Personalization window, then actual background comes back, but if I try restarting or clicking refresh nothing changes.
