I've tried creating a cement base at the bottom of the bell end of the concrete pipe to give the corrugated more of a base to seal around but the running water ate through the cement before it dried and started leaking again.

2015年4月10日 · Thanks for the reply. What you can't see is that the fence needs to be where the concrete is. The metal fence is on client's neighbor's property, and the gravel is client's driveway which is already pretty narrow. I may be able to bury the post right up against the concrete, but any farther and the driveway becomes impassable. Thanks.
