Do y'all think there will be a black Friday deal for Quest 3?
I checked this myself, the Quest 2 came out in Oct 2020 and there was free $50 gift cards with the Quest 2 but only for black friday season dueing 2021, 1 year AFTER release. So be prepared to see the Quest 2 go on sale but definitely not the brand new Quest 3. I'll still pre-order quest 3.

I seem to recall that it was later in the day; maybe starting at 00:00 UTC on Black Friday or 8pm Eastern time zone on US Thanksgiving? The Steam sales look to be until Dec 1st?
