I've just recently gotten into Pokemon rom hacks, beating Theta Emerald Ex and getting 6 solid Lv100s with perfect EVs. A few of my issues with the game, in order of approximate importance, are: IVs don't seem to exist: the Legendary Breeder behind the PokeCenter at Battle Frontier says every Pokemon is average with their best stat as HP.

2017年10月8日 · P.s. There are two versions for both rom hacks. For Emerald, there is a version called Complete Hoenn Dex which only adds all gen 3 Pokemon as obtainable and of course Complete National Dex that adds all gen 1-3 mons as obtainable.
