Apr 12, 2007 · an infestation of Paravortex member turbellarian flatworms. then a treatment with any copper based medication will cure it. however you must be 100% sure it is black spot and not something else. like natural skin pigmentation or burns caused by ammonia, no2 or no3. or someother unknown toxin.

Nov 10, 2008 · Repeat for three days in a row. Wait a week and repeat for three weeks total. Keep doing weekly water changes. Don't feed your fish anything else for the three treatment days. Jan 19, 2010 · Turtles need UV light for proper development, and there are UV rays hitting the water for at least 12 hours a day. I like my fish too, and try to take care of them, and I am wondering the effects of daily UV light on their bodies and/or eyes. I was once told that it helps eliminate the ich parasite, but haven't read a reputable source for this.

Frontosa with Oscars - Tropical Fish Keeping
Jul 21, 2009 · Two five or six inch oscars and clown loaches,are in my view significant load for 55 gal and my hat's off to you for keeping them healthy in the 20 gal. Frontosa in my opinion, is not as aggressive as many cichlids are but in the event that spawning activity commenced, I believe ALL cichlids are capable of doing damage to tankmates.
