Water flavoring without artificial sweetener? — The Bump
2013年10月6日 · I really like Hint water. I get it every time I visit Target and stop at the Starbucks. You can buy it online and I know some grocery stores like Whole foods sells it. It doesn't have any artificial sweeteners, just natural fruit flavor.  
Is Crystal Light Ok to drink during pregnancy? — The Bump
A coworker just freaked out that I was mixing a crystal light packet in my water bottle. She said someone told her not to drink crystal light during her pregnancy because the artificial sweeteners can cause birth defects.
Tums-like product without artificial sweetener or coloring?
I use gaviscon and it works so much better than Tums - I don;t think there is any sweeteners and there is no color to it - its white. We get the regularone not the special one with the purple cap. I also buy the walmart brand since they are so much cheaper. DH has been using them for a while and I am using them since I've been pregnant.

I've been using it in limited doses (ie, not all my water is flavoured with it). In moderation I am sure it's okay but I do like to stay away as much as possible from chemicals in general. However, it is not one of the sweetners that is totally not okay during pregnancy.
sugar free red bulls? — The Bump

STM+ if your water broke... — The Bump
2 days prior to my water breaking (which happened at 38w1d) my OB said I wasn't dilated at all. When my water broke it was a big gush and contractions started right away, coming were 3-1-1. We stayed at home for about another 4 hours, till contractions were 2-1-1 and when I got to the hospital, I was at 6cm.

continued nausea at 15 weeks..is this normal? — The Bump
2011年1月1日 · I have had nausea without vomiting since about 6 weeks pregnant. It comes and goes throughout the day without warning. I have read so much that nausea generally subsides right when you enter the 2nd trimester if not sooner. Well, mine has not and I am 15 weeks and am worried if this is normal.
No drinking water before c-section? — The Bump
I can definitely last until 2pm without eating. However, at my appointment today, I talked to the doctor and she said I can't drink anything (not even water) 8 hours before the surgery. I am *always* thirsty. I drink water constantly and there have been two times during this pregnancy where I didn't drink enough water and I almost passed out.
