Yes, the Winegard 2.0 uses outdated architecture, uses only a 4G modem, and has limited LAN capabilities compared to most other devices available.

Or at least you can set it to 2.4 GHz only and still use the full benefits of the wider band 5Ghz WIFI signal for other things like laptops, phones, tablets, on your normal wifi that runs at 5Ghz and 2.4 Ghz.

2022年11月23日 · When I connect to 10.11.12.1 using a browser, it replies back Our or Memory. At that point, I have to power cycle the GW-1000 to get it to work again. Winegard replaced the GW-1000 under warranty, but the new unit does the same thing. If I connect the gateway to WiFi, it acts as expected.
