2016年6月11日 · Posted June 12, 2016. 4 oz of oil is 32:1 no matter how you slice it. There is no room for second guessing the oil ratio on a small bore two stroke. Unless you ride it like a little girl you're going to burn the motor up pretty quick if you deviate significantly from 32:1. Turbo, that is a dumb statement.

Posted June 1, 2018. Yup that's it you'll need the gauge to set it correctly. Even with the gauge there needs to be a mark on the stator plate. Once the specified position is achieved you need to adjust the stator accordingly if I am reading this right.

If in doubt, drain the paltry 700ml or whatever it is, flush with kerosene and replace with the best you can buy. The YZ cable-operated clutch needs all the help it can get. It's a 1990s design.
