Dec 14, 2023 · Family-owned Thrive Mortgage, LLC is merging with Lower, LLC. The two are expected to combine their teams in the first quarter of 2024. This union will create a unified lender boasting over 650 loan officers and 120 active branches across the nation. Both entities, according to Modex, have collectively originated approximately $3.3 billion in the last year.
Mortgage Fraud Risk Up 8.3% From Last Year – NMP
Oct 16, 2024 · The CoreLogic Mortgage Application Fraud Risk Index increased 8.3% nationwide over last year and increased by 1.1% since last quarter. Overall, the CoreLogic report found that one in 123 mortgage applications were estimated to have indications of fraud in the second quarter of 2024.
