Showing some love for the Sacramento History Museum through printing! In this video, Jared letterpress printed some “I ❤️ Sacramento History Museum” cards with rhodamine red rubber base ink using a 3x5 Kelsey Excelsior tabletop printing press. The “I” is 36 point Cheltenham Bold font, the heart is a card indicator for the suit of hearts from a case of typographic accessories, and the cut is of our museum located in Old Sacramento. Using a tabletop printing press to print an image of Howard using a printing press. This photo engraving was made in 2021 to be used for our yearly holiday cards. The artwork was made by our tour manager, Shawn. That artwork was sent to OWOSSO Graphic Arts in Owosso, Michigan where the photo engraving was designed.
