⁉️Why Chant Veda mantras & not sing them?🤔 Reason #3: Chanting Veda mantras with intonations energizes the entire system. That energy is mainly because of a controlled breathing & the stimulation of the brain 🧠 & the rest of the nervous system (consider stimulation or energization of the Chakras).
