So bloody excited that I grew potatoes!! 😍 The harvest was tiny but there’s enough for a potato salad for two, and I feel like it’s going to be the best potato salad I’ve ever eaten. Mostly it’s about how much I’ve enjoyed growing something. It gets me outside and the mental health benefits of gardening are well known.
