⁉️Why Chant Veda mantras & not sing them?🤔 Reason #3: Chanting Veda mantras with intonations energizes the entire system. That energy is mainly because of a controlled breathing & the stimulation of the brain 🧠 & the rest of the nervous system (consider stimulation or energization of the Chakras). That energy also creates heat in the system which is known to strengthen the digestive fire🔥 (even at the Dhatu levels) & the immunity. That's why we prescribe chanting (Mantra, shloka, stotra etc)
