Weights, cardio, saunas, ice baths, cold showers, backyard hose downs & Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.. I do all of this for the physical & mental health benefits, but also.. Because it’s all hard. If I’m not challenging myself, I’m not interested. This has been my kind set for 24 years.
