Super Speedy Satay 🥢 . . . INGREDIENTS: 2 tbsp of peanut butter 1 tsp soy sauce 1 tin of coconut milk 2 handful of quorn/chopped tofu/diced chicken breast 1 cup of frozen mixed veg . METHOD: Combine the peanut butter, soy sauce and coconut milk and mix together to form the sauce. Add the quorn to a frying pan with a little oil and fry until crispy. Then add the frozen veg and satay sauce. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until it’s thick and all the veg is heated through. That’s it! . Serve! I served it
