So THERE ARE free public toilets in France, but... they do things like this. Most of the public toilets here have some kind of automatic cleaning function. It is supposed to kick in once you leave the bathroom and sanitize everything for the next person, but sometimes it starts sanitizing while you ARE STILL IN THE RESTROOM!!
